Ever since I set monthly exercise goals of walking/hiking my age in miles and cycling my weight, I haven't quite succeeded. I didn't stress about it but at the start of every month I think to myself: "Self, is this going to be the month?" Well, I don't wanna jinx it, but July might be the month to reach both walking and cycling goals.

Either I challenge myself or I lie about my age and go on the ebola crash diet. Naw.
I just started challenging myself recently and so far I like the change from my normal routine.
Its always good to challenge yourself, it's what keeps us going everyday. Focus and push on and you will be surprised at what you can achieve.
I love the idea of cycling my weight in miles each month but if I had to walk or hike my age, I'd run out of month!
