groove thing

Well, I'm back from visiting my parents in Oregon. My weekly weigh in is tomorrow morning. Man, this week has gone fast. Not a lot of exercise, sad to say. But, the eating and drinking could have been worse. It's been better though.

I treadmilled yesterday and today. Tomorrow, it's time to take a stab at the step workout.

Funny how a 3 day trip can throw you off. If you haven't already, read Lyn's great post about how important it is to "find a groove."

I hear you about the exercise thing. Of course, I let any little thing throw me off -- weather, sniffles, a busy day. Pretty much almost anything. If I'm going to be serious about exercising (and I really am not sure if I am deep deep down), I must make the time to do it...just like I'm always able to find time to blog or read.

So true...it's about setting realistic goals and keeping them. I think it's also about finding ways to move that are fun. Sometimes I wish I could play games like kick ball.

I'm looking forward to getting my bike.
