Food, Inc.

Won't be in a theater near us until July 3rd but we'll be there to watch. Have you seen this film?

I think it will be the movie event of the year. At least for our blogging community.

Real food for thought. Should be an interesting film.

Yes, I do want to see it. I've been reading all the books out there about wholesome, real food, and I rarely if ever buy any processed food, or food that is not organic. I've been trying to eat local, and I feel much better about what we are eating now.

We have a couple of Michael Pollan's books, and Ron and I are both fans. So we will see it, but probably not until it comes out on DVD. I saw a piece on Night-line about it last night about the food industry taking notice and their reaction. Even if the movie does go a bit to the extreme to make a point, I feel sure that we will all be better off because the movie was made.

I hope it makes some people sit up and take notice.

Thanks for posting this.

I want to see it but seeing animals in cages makes me cry. I know it's the truth and the truth hurts sometimes. I try my best every day to eat responsibly. I hope this raises some awareness!

I'm really excited that this movie is coming out and that more of the general public will be able to see the food industry exposed for what it is.

Have you read the Omnivore's Dilemma, Slaughterhouse or The Way We Eat: Why Our Food Choices Matter? If not, definitely check those out!

Oh yes, I saw this on yahoo news. Thanks for posting the trailer.
I hope it makes it to mainstream theatres here in Windsor.
I can't wait to see it.
But they're preaching to the choir with me.
