In honor of both, here are links to two healthy salmon recipes. I love salmon. If there are thoughts of a special dinner to celebrate something, my first choice is always wild salmon.

Here's the second recipe:Salmon in a Couscous Crust. This is a Tyler Florence recipe via Kahaki Kitchen. I haven't tried this yet...I can hardly wait!
