I experienced some unexpected hormonal turbulence this week so I figured my weigh in this morning would be disappointing despite the clean eating and exercise. I suppose if I had not continued to eat well and exercise I'd be looking at even more disappointing results. As it is, I know this is just water retention. Last week:

Hey Jennifer, thanks for the encouragement. I was reminded later in the day of how great it is to be where I am in this journey. I put on a pair of capri pants to wear to ride my bike and they were very loose. These pants were a bit snug all last summer.
I really am grateful to have the opportunity to put so much of my focus and energy toward getting fit.
