Monday weigh in

Last week: 153. This morning: 151.2. Not quite two pounds. I ate better this week, added a little more intensity to my treadmilling, and cut my wine consumption by more than half. Feels like I should have had slightly better results, but, bottom line I'm happy to see 151.

This next week I'll be on vacation in Austin and New Orleans. I'm going to make good choices as I take it meal by meal and try to walk as much as possible. This trip will be a good test to see if I can manage to maintain my current weight. No scales for a week...probably a good thing.

March is here and spring's around the corner. Life is good.
