move it to lose it

- Today -
Walking: 3 miles on trail
Yoga: 28 minutes Wii Fit

The weather has turned a bit chilly so there weren't very many people on the trail today. Haven't walked the trail for 3 weeks and I felt different, lighter. Good feeling.

Three miles and yoga! Fantastic! Lighter is a nice way to feel! I love the Wii yoga. I feel so graceful afterward!
