
After I got back from New Orleans/Austin this past week, I weighed in on Wednesday morning to see what happened. The result:

149.2. This is exactly where I wanted to be today. Yaay!
Ten pounds away from Happy Weight!
Yesterday's exercise:
Walking: 3 miles on treadmill
Yoga: 28 minutes Wii Fit
Step: 5 minutes advanced step Wii Fit
