Is it a bad sign if a large rattlesnake crosses your path? Today on the bike trail, we saw the usual wildlife, i.e., a hawk, wild turkey, deer, squirrels etc. But we also saw a big ol' rattlesnake crossing the bike path before us. We kept a respectful distance while trying to stay close enough to take a photo as the snake slithered across the path and disappeared into the brush.Twenty mile ride today. Felt good. Seems like my body is healing quickly after the oak tree attack. I still look like I'm a part of the fight club scene. Pretty badass, especially my right shoulder.
Sad news about Farrah. Now, at least, her suffering is over. Rest in peace beautiful one.
