random health tip


I like to take one at bedtime.
Seems to be helping with sleeping and blood pressure.

Excellent! I'll try it. I have a bottle of Calcium/Magnesium pills, which I can't take in the a.m. since Calcium intake interferes with the absorption of the thyroid pill. I'll try taking them at night instead.
