What's your happy weight?

...the rewards of letting go of our impossible expectations are many: vitality, feeling satisfied by the variety and amount of food we eat, energy, stable moods, confidence and a healthy appreciation for our appearance instead of obsession.

Sounds good to me. This is from an article,"What is my ideal weight? 5 tips for finding your happy weight." Your happy weight is a goal and maintenance weight that's realistic according to one's body height and frame size, age and other factors. It differs from the goal weight many women set due to unrealistic expectations based on comparisons with other women and media images of women.

There's a handy happy weight calculator here. My happy weight turned out to be one pound less than my previous goal weight of 140.
