
Last week: 142.8. Today the scale read: 142. Whew! I really am inching toward my goal weight range.
Pretty sure I've hit another stall so it's time again to mix things up a bit. I'm excited by the possibilities in the week ahead. Going to try at least two new recipes for dinner and hopefully, the weather will clear up and I can get back on my bike. And...I'm finally going to sit down and read Tosca Reno's "The Eat Clean Diet" once and for all.
