What a gorgeous day! We rode 16 miles of the American River path late this afternoon and evening. The path and river have been getting a lot of use by other bikers, rafters, runners, walkers, horseback riders, people fishing, skaters, and of course the wildlife. Amid the fun and activity, a man drowned yesterday. Sad.

I was out enjoying the low 70 degree weather here in southern CA. Got my usual Sunday long jog in & my weight workout this morn (way early as my gym was open). Need some sleep now!

That is very sad about the drowning...I hate to hear that.
Don't know whose cat that is but I've adopted him for my blog. He was photographed in Sacramento but I'm positive he speaks Italian.
