Starting today

I'm adding this exercise to my routine. Guess I'll begin by using 8 pound weights:

Lee, this is a great exercise & there are many different ways to do it. I will not go into it since you want to get the basics down first. Once you feel good about it, you can do them with bands, cables & lots of other variations to keep the bod guessing! Enjoy!

Great exercise for those back fat wings. The higher the risers the more range of motion. Try these in a 2 count too. Good instruction.

I like how clearly the directions are given in this video too. I'm becoming very interested in strength training. I have a little problem though -- my right shoulder. It becomes sore after I do strength training exercises. Once I applied ice right after and that seemed to help a lot.

Anyway, what I don't know is if this is normal or if it is a signal that I'm doing something wrong and should stop.
